Which countries does JULIA JUNE ship to?

You can place orders within the European Union.
For orders outside the EU, please contact us via shop@juliajune.be.

Can I check the availability in store?

Yes, on each product page you'll see where the item is in stock.

What payment method can I use for my order?

We accept Visa, Mastercard, Maestro debet and creditcards, Paypal and iDEAL.

DELIVERY

What are the shipping fees?

Deliveries within the Benelux and France are free of charges for orders above €250. Else €5.

Deliveries within the rest of Europe are free of charges for orders above €250. Else €15.

For deliveries outside Europe please contact shop@juliajune.be

When is my order going to be delivered?

We aim to send your order within 1-3 businessdays for Benelux orders. Once your order has been shipped, you receive a track and trace link.

Can I modify my delivery address?

It is not possible to modify your delivery address after you’ve completed your order. If you do want to change the address, please contact us shop@juliajune.be.

Is it possible to pick up my order in store?

Yes, simply choose the in-store pickup during checkout. Please note that this is only possible if the item is in stock at the desired location. You get a notification once your order is ready. You're best to bring your order confirmation to the location.

RETURNS

What if I'm not completely in love with my order?

When you're not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return at your own charges within 14 days after receiving your order. All items returned must be unused, unworn, unwashed and in completely undamaged condition.

To return your order, follow the next steps

  1. Send a mail to shop@juliajune.be to inform us what you want to return. Don't forget to mention your order number, so that your return can easily be processed.
  2. Fill in the return form, added within your package, and add it to the article you want to return.
  3. Returns can be sent to Julia June– Ter Mote 2 – BE 9850 NEVELE. 
  4. The refund will be paid on the same bank account, you've made the payment with.

Can I exchange an item?

We do not accept exchanges through our webshop at this time. However, if you want to exchange an item, you can bring it to one of our physical stores along with your receipt or proof of purchase. Our staff will be happy to assist you with the exchange process.

Can I return discounted items?

Items purchased with a discount can also be returned. So when you’re not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return at your own charges and within 14 days after receiving your order. The items must be unworn, unwashed and undamaged. Please take in account the following when you ordered something from the ‘buy 2-promotion’:

- when you send back your complete order, we will receive a full refund.  
- when you send back only one or more items, the conditions of the buy 2-promotion is no longer met. The discount is cancelled and will be deducted from the refund.
