Refund policy

RETURNS

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can return it at your own expense within 14 days of receiving your order. The item must be unworn and undamaged.

To return your order, follow the steps below:

  1. Send an email to shop@juliajune.be. Don't forget to include your order number and the item so that we can process your return quickly.
  2. Fill in the return form, which you will find in the package, and enclose it with the item you wish to return.
  3. You can return the item at your own expense to Julia June – Ter Mote 2 – BE 9850 NEVELE.
  4. After we have received your return, you will receive a confirmation by email and the items will be refunded. The refund will be made to the same account you used to pay for your order.
