In which countries can I shop the Julia June collection online?

You can place orders in Belgium, The Netherlands, Luxembourg, France, Germany, UK, Italy, Spain, Sweden, Denmark, Austria, Finland, Poland, Portugal, Greece, Ireland, Czech Republic, Hungary and Norway.

If your country isn't on the list, contact us at eshop@juliajune.com. We will spread our JuliaJune love all around the world.

What if I forget my password?

Can I adjust my shopping bag?

You can remove items from your shopping bag up to the moment of payment. Come back and shop them the next time.

How can I be sure that the Julia June items I've ordered, are going to be mine?

You'll get a confirmation e-mail once we've received your order.

What if my received item is faulty or incorrect?

Julia June only sells items that are perfectly loveable. If you receive a faulty or incorrect item by mistake, please contact eshop@juliajune.com


What payment method can I sure to make my purchase?

We accept Visa, Mastercard, Maestro and iDEAL

Is it safe to use my credit card on the website?

Yes, the data is transmitted SSL-encrypted. For payments with Visa and Mastercard only SET transactions (secure electronic transactions) are accepted. After verifying that the card is included in the SET system, the system will contact the card-issuing bank to enable the buyer to authorize the purchase. When the bank confirms the authenticity, the payment will be charged to the card. Otherwise the order will be cancelled.


Where can I receive my order?

Your Julia June package will be send to the address you've selected (home, work, ..), at a Bpostpick-up point or a Bpost parcel locker.

How long before I can impatiently open my package?

You will receive your package within 3-5 workdays after your confirmation e-mail.

How much do I pay for delivery service?

For a shipment in Belgium the delivery is free. For other countries please check the terms and conditions.

I'm longing for my package, can I track it?

Yes, you'll receive a tracking number once your package has been shipped. www.bpost.be/nl/trace


If you're not completely in love with your order. No problem, you can send it back.

We understand your enthusiasm but be careful not to remove the seal. Once the seal is broken, we can't take it back.

To return the item safely, please follow these steps:

  1. Let us know what you would like to return and why by sending an e-mail to eshop@juliajune.com . Don't forget to mention the order number so we can process your return smoothly.
  2. Pack the items you would like to return with care. Wouldn't it be nice for the person who is handling your return that the return voucher is included? Fill it out and add it to your parcel.
  3. This is the moment that you have to say goodbye. For Belgium you van find the return sticker in the package with the other documents. Paste the sticker over the original address label, so the mailman isn’t confused about the destination of the package. Drop your return package off in the post office within 14 days after receipt. For other countries send the parcel at your own expense to JULIA JUNE HQ - Ter Mote 2 - BE 9850 Nevele within 14 days after receipt.
  4. Once your return is processed, we refund you to the same bank account you used to make the order.
